Neighbourhood Plan
SCOPE

SCOPE OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
The Dartmoor Forest Neighbourhood Plan will comprise three interrelated sections: Housing; Economy and Social Wellbeing.  These sections will be underpinned by consideration of the type and level of services that will be required.
Area of the Neighbourhood Plan
Possible areas for study in each section may include:

Social Wellbeing. 
Social wellbeing of the elderly.
Social wellbeing of children: 0-5; 5-11; 13-18.
Social wellbeing of stay at home parents.
Social wellbeing of isolated individuals and families.
Social wellbeing of those who work in the Parish; commute in; and commute out.
Options for young people to stay in the Parish.
Deprived families
Community Facilities
Community clubs
Play Areas
Community events
Crime
Influence of outside bodies: Duchy, DCC, WDBC, VOYC, DNPA, central government.
Services.

Highways: maintenance, lengthsman’ snow clearance’ peak tourism traffic.
